Terms and conditions
You can purchase our rainwear on this site and make pay online with your Dutch bank account using the IDeal direct payment service.
If you don't have a Dutch bank account, send us an email or call us at +31 20 662 1636 to arrange payment by phone.
In the Netherlands
We use TNT to deliver in the Netherlands. If you place your order before 1pm, you'll have the item the next day.
You can track and trace your shipment on the TNT site, using the tracking code in the confirmation email.
All other countries
Send us an email to place orders and to arrange payment and shipping.
You can return your rainwear for whatever reason within 30 days and we'll refund the full purchase amount, including €6,75 for shipping (see terms & conditions for more details.)

1 – General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all of our deliveries and services
2 – Prices
2.1 All of our prices are in Euros, include VAT and exclude shipping costs
3 – Shipping
3.1 Madame de Pé charges a fee for shipping
3.2 For delivery of a single product within the Netherlands, the shipping fee is €6,75.
3.3 For delivery outside the Netherlands, different rates apply depending on the region and are available by request. For information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
4 – Payment
4.1 After completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a summary of your order and total costs (including shipping costs)
4.2 You can purchase through iDEAL, which is direct payment through online banking and only available for clients of Dutch banks. If you don't have a Dutch bank account, and want to buy, send us an e-mail (email@example.com) and we'll contact you personally to arrange payment.
5 – Delivery
5.1 All orders will be handed over to TNT for shipment within 5 working days after we receive your payment. If, for some reason, delivery to TNT within 5 working days is not possible, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
5.2 A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after the order is handed over to TNT.
5.3 TNT delivers your order to the address specified by you when ordering from our website.
5.4 TNT usually delivers the first day after receiving the order, given that the delivery address specified by you is within the Netherlands. TNT does not deliver on Sundays. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the subsequent Tuesday at the earliest. Duration of delivery outside of the Netherlands can be requested by e-mail or phone.
5.5 If TNT cannot deliver the order on the first try due to the absence of the addressee, they will deliver the order to the neighbors. The addressee will receive a notification of this at their address. If you do not want the order to be delivered to your neighbors, please specify in the ordering form.
5.6 If TNT cannot deliver the order to the neighbors of the addressee, they will try to deliver again on the subsequent day (except Sundays). If delivery fails again, TNT will leave a notification with which the addressee can pick up the order within three weeks at the specified TNT post office. If the order has not been picked up after three weeks, it will be returned to sender. In this case, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
5.7 If an item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible through telephone or e-mail and you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.
6 – Returning your item
6.1 You can return your item within 30 days after delivery. We will refund the full purchase amount within 5 working days after we have received the returned product.
6.2 If you live in Amsterdam, contact our customer service within 30 days after delivery and we'll arrange a day and time to pick up your rainwear.
6.3 If you live outside of Amsterdam, contact our customer service within 30 days after delivery and send your order back to Jacob Obrechtstraat 20-I, 1071 KM, Amsterdam. You will receive a €6,75 refund once for any shipping costs this entails.
6.4 We will not refund the product if it has been worn, washed or damaged.
7 – Exchanging your item
7.1 You can return your item and request a different color or size within 30 days after delivery. There are three different ways to do so:
7.1.1 Contact our customer service and make an appointment at our office (located in the center of Amsterdam) to exchange your item.
7.1.2 If you live in Amsterdam, contact our customer service and we'll arrange a day and time to drop by and exchange your item.
7.1.3 If you live outside of Amsterdam, return your item to Jacob Obrechstraat 20-I, 1071 KM, Amsterdam and tell us what you want to exchange it for (color / size). Once we have received your item, we'll send your new order to you free of charge. You will receive a €6,75 refund once for any shipping costs returning your item may incur.
7.2. If you receive the wrong item, contact customer service. We will exchange the rainwear for the correct product free of charge and will compensate any shipping costs you may incur.
8 - Liability
8.1 The delivered products possess the properties which you can expect based on the agreement under circumstances of normal use.
8.2 The content of this website has been compiled with the greatest care. However, Madame de Pé cannot rule out the possibility of incorrect or incomplete information on her website. Madame de Pé is not responsible for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on its website.
9.1 Madame de Pé retains its right in circumstances of force majeure to postpone shipping, suspend or cancel the contract without judicial intervention through written notification without being obliged to pay compensation, unless, given the circumstances, this is unacceptable under the principles of reasonableness and fairness.
10 – Privacy
10.1 All personal information will only be used by Madame de Pé and will not be provided to third parties, unless this is required for payment transactions and delivery of orders.
11 – Questions and suggestions
11.1 Madame de Pé strives to keep all her customers satisfied. If you have any questions and / or suggestions for our products and services, please do contact our customer services by phone (+31 20 662 1636) or by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
12 – Disputes
12.1 The agreements between Madame de Pé and the customer to which these terms and conditions apply are subjected only to Dutch law.
12.2 All disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the province of Noord-Holland.
